With recent changes to Legislation regarding Pest Control, we are joined by BPCA to give IoH members an update.
Natalie Bungay has worked in pest management for 19 years, starting out as a front-line service technician in central London, dealing with many different types of sites, pests and people.
Natalie has been with BPCA since 2013. Her role as the Technical and Compliance Manager means Natalie is responsible for supporting members through difficult pest infestations, resolving complaints, advising on the application of legislation, writing codes of best practice, dealing with media enquiries and much more. Natalie specialises in an advisory capacity for public health pest management practices, legislation and practical implementation on the ground.

The legal and practical use of rodenticide in the UK (understanding its limitations)
Legislation involving pest management i.e. food hygiene, prevention of damage by pests act, public health act, glueboards
How pests can cause reputation and economic loss.
