We have been asked to convene an Extraordinary General Meeting of voting members of the Institute to be held on-line on 14 February 2023 at 1100 hours.

The purpose of the meeting is to consider amendments to the Articles of Association considered necessary for our application of Chartered Status by the Supervisory Board.

Resolution 1:   That the Articles of Association be updated to reflect updates from the Companies Act 2006.

Fully paid-up members may vote on the resolution.  A majority of 75% of votes cast will be required to carry the resolution.
