For our final Thames Valley Branch Event, we are delighted to be hosting a dinner at Phyllis Court Club, kindly supported by our Member and Club Secretary Chris Hogan FIH.
Join our Thames Valley Branch for what promises to be an incredible evening with a fantastic three course meal; suitably paired with matching wines, kindly sponsored by Davy’s Wine Merchants of London.
The evening will start with welcome drinks, at which point Chris Hogan FIH, promises to give all the attendees a real insight into the World of Private Members Clubs, and hopefully demystify the mystery that is normally associated with these. We will allow some time for networking opportunities, followed by dinner in the historical and architecturally famous Pavilion at Phyllis Court Club, overlooking the River Thames in Henley on Thames.
The Phyllis Court Kitchen Brigade have created the following amazing menu for the event:
STARTER
Duo of smoked salmon tartare and trout rillette with lemon sour cream, crispy tomato, pickled shallots and fried parsley, sour dough croutons
MAIN
Honey roasted Barbary Duck Breast, fondant potato, tender stem broccoli, caramelised pak choi, port dressing.
Or
Honey roasted beetroot medallions, fondant potato, tender stem broccoli, caramelised pak choi, spring onion – tomato dressing
DESSERT
Chocolate and amaretto tort, white chocolate soil, orange sorbet
Davy’s Wine Merchants of London will suitably pair the wines.
