Thames Valley Branch | A Masterclass in Chocolate with Mark Tilling: Award Winning Chocolatier & Pastry Chef

The IoH Thames Valley branch are delighted to announce their first physical event! A very special & intimate Masterclass in Chocolate, conducted by Mark Tilling, an award-winning Chocolatier & Pastry Chef.

Throughout his career Mark has worked in many hotels and restaurants including The Lanesborough on Hyde Park Corner in London, Lainston House Hotel in Winchester, Hotel du Vin Group in Winchester and Bristol and the Pave D’Auge in Normandy, France. He has also cooked for several well-known figures including President George Bush Sr., Cher, Tom Cruise, Nicole Kidman and HRH Prince Edward, The Earl of Wessex to name but a few.

Places for this very special event will be strictly limited and following the masterclass, there will be a drinks reception where you can meet Mark and fellow IoH Thames Valley Members.

Tickets cost just £20. All proceeds of this event will be shared amongst two local charities: LaunchPad – Readings leading homeless prevention charity and Slough Outreach – Changing lives for those suffering homelessness in Slough.
