Following the success of these seminars in 2017 we would like to welcome you to the 2018 version of Ted’s Technology Seminars and thank you for taking the time to attend this dedicated technology industry event.
Our goal is to assist decision makers in our industry by providing clarity and information on technology and also on where technology is headed.

Without doubt mobility in the industry is now becoming commonplace and with modern travellers tethered to their mobile devices, hotels must provide a frictionless experience that will both drive bookings and loyalty. Many potential hotel guests admit that their mobile engagement will ultimately influence their hotel selection.
This year will also feature a Q & A session where I have the opportunity to quiz local hoteliers in NZ on their thoughts on technology.
