The UK Restaurant Manager of the Year 2022 winner will be announced and presented with their award at a glittering event where guests will enjoy a sumptuous selection of the hotel’s finest canapés alongside some delicious prosecco courtesy of Prosecco DOC.
We are also delighted to welcome Peter Avis FIH, General Manager at Galvin at Windows and 10 Degrees Bar to the stage. Peter was the first ever UK Restaurant Manager of the Year winner.
Peter will be joined on stage by none other than Cyrus Todiwala OBE DL FIH, Chef Patron & Partner, Café Spice Namaste & Mr Todiwala’s Kitchen, and his wife Pervin Todiwala, Co-patron & Operations Director, Café Spice Namaste for what will be a fantastic conversation!
