  • The role of ethics in good business
  • Adapting to a changing world
  • The masterclass will comprise alternating short talks and Q&A, with participants being called upon to share their experience to deepen and apply theoretical insights.

Oxford Cultural Collective Masterclasses – a creative approach to achieving personal growth and development

The Oxford Cultural Collective has launched a creative programme of masterclasses appropriate for those who work in the hospitality, food and drink sectors, from those in the early stages of their careers to experienced managers and entrepreneurs.

Starting in October 2020, with the majority offered online, many of the masterclasses are now open for booking.

The programme features an array of renowned figures as guest tutors, including academics, entrepreneurs, chefs, activists, writers, journalists and broadcasters.  The tutors will draw on a range of cultural perspectives, which reflect the diversity of the hospitality sector, to challenge orthodox approaches to practice.

The classes are not generally linked to specific job roles, but instead provide opportunities for exploration of our creativity and our love of food, drink and hospitality, as a means of achieving personal growth.

Open for bookings from individuals, it is also possible for block-bookings to be made by organisations wishing to integrate masterclasses into their professional development frameworks.

15% discount available to Institute of Hospitality Members (all grades) – email info@instituteofhospitality.org to ask for the discount code.
