An Exclusive Experience in Garden Gastronomy with Chef Patron, Raymond Blanc OBE and August Bernstein: Head Tutor of the Raymond Blanc Garden School at Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons


The South East Region of the Institute of Hospitality is excited to announce a very special, exclusive evening being held at Le Manoir Aux Quat’Saisons.

The Interactive event will be hosted by August Bernstein, Head Tutor of the Raymond Blanc Garden School at Le Manoir, together with Raymond Blanc OBE, who will share their ‘Plot to Plate’ philosophy and how this contributes to culinary and personal well-being. There will also be an opportunity to take part in a ‘Sow-a-long’ demonstration and the opportunity to ask any of your green fingered questions!

Champagne and canapés will be served outside (by the South East Committee) in the beautiful gardens of Le Manoir followed by talks by our wonderful hosts (weather permitting).

This is a once in a lifetime event being held by Raymond and his team exclusively for the Institute of Hospitality. Due to this, tickets will only be available for IoH Members (at all membership levels) initially.

A charitable donation of £5.00 per attendee will be collected during the event for Hospitality Action. Please bring £5 with you if you wish to contribute. Alternatively please email us for bank transfer details if preferable.

Associate Members (AIH) – £35.00 per person

Members (MIH) & Fellows (FIH) –  £55.00 per person

Non members – £70 per person
