For more than 15 years, HSMAI’s Revenue Optimization Conference (ROC) has been the place where hotel revenue leaders come together for education, collaboration, and innovation. Every year this conference delivers the most compelling and comprehensive revenue-management events for the industry across 5 global locations.

HSMAI’s ROC features hoteliers presenting and teaching about their challenges, opportunities, successes and sometimes failures!  This is not a vendor event where a series of speakers will try to sell you something.  ROC is developed by volunteer hotel leaders and designed to present the topics and information that the the hotel leaders want the industry to learn about.

Sessions will addresss critical trends impacting Asia Pacific hoteliers and global revenue management trends in hotels today. With powerful educational and networking opportunities, ROC is the can’t-miss conference of the year for learning and engagement. It’s where senior leaders in hotel revenue management connect and engage in meaningful, thought-provoking conversations about the most important strategic issues facing the business.

ROC will help you anticipate and respond to upcoming changes  — and identify new opportunities — by aligning your sales, marketing, and revenue-management efforts, adapting to the ever-changing landscape of hospitality technology, driving profit throughout the customer journey, and serving as the voice of revenue leadership in your organization.

As modern revenue management leaders, we need to “Take the lead in Revenue Strategy”  today to stay ahead of the competition and take your revenue strategy into the future.

[mk_padding_divider size=”25″] [mk_padding_divider size=”25″]

-The only strategic Revenue Optimisation event in Asia Pacific developed “by Hoteliers for Hoteliers” delivering insights on how you can drive the next phase of your hotel’s growth

-Don’t just listen to people talking, you will come away with case studies, loads of information and most importantly “Actionable Content” that you can take back to your hotel and implement to improve your ROI next month!

-A perfect opportunity to check your current strategy – Is it aligned with the changing market environments?

-Learn about the upside of a solid Sales, Marketing & Revenue Management Relationship

-Hear about the latest Tools to help you implement your strategies

-Benchmark the performance of your Team with that of your competitors and the region

-Engage with Asia Pacific Leaders from General Managers, Asset Management, Sales, Marketing and Revenue Management

[mk_padding_divider size=”25″]

The agenda for the HSMAI Revenue Optimization Conference is developed by the senior leaders in Revenue Management and Commercial areas to ensure we are providing the most appropriate sessions for hotels and resorts to attend to learn more about how you can increase your revenue and profit!  Lots of hotel speakers will share their experience and knowledge with the audience.

If you’re a revenue optimization professional working in hospitality and travel, you know that things have never been more demanding — or exciting. It’s not enough to understand the science of data analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and countless other technologies that can monitor price fluctuations day by day and minute by minute. You also have to be familiar with the art of strategy, innovation, leadership, and talent development.

Revenue & Distribution management within Asia Pacific is finally beyond its adolescent stages. As this discipline matures and evolves, we need to think deeper and be more intentional in applying the new technologies and tools that are emerging. How do we cut through the clutter of noisy data? How do we maximize our resources (human, technology, spreadsheets) in the best way? As we embark on the new decade, let’s discuss what it takes to lead the right people and strategies for the next 10 years.

The HSMAI ROC 2020 program will provide the tools you need to master both the art and the science of revenue strategy — a competitive edge that will help you win the fight for the customer, achieve the optimal business mix, and get a midyear boost in this uncertain economic environment.
