Substitution Policy

A transfer of your full registration is permitted prior to the conference by submitting a written request to [email protected] Badge sharing, splitting, and reprints are strictly prohibited.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations received on or before 4th May, 2020 will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations received from 5th May until 21st May, 2020 will receive a refund less USD 100 as cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations received post 22nd May, 2020 will receive a refund less USD175 as cancellation fee.
