Second Hotel Operations Weekend Festival
Hotel Operations Weekend (HOW) is the only hotel operations Festival organized in Europe and this year it will be held from October 3rd-5th 2018 in Valamar Isabella Island Resort in Poreč, Croatia. The main goal is to gather tourism and hotel middle management representatives from the entire region, to present global hotel operations trends but also to ensure to participants great entertainment and networking. The first HOW Festival has gathered more than 500 participants, mostly GMs, Operational Directors and Hotel Department Managers.
First part of the Festival will be consisted of panel discussions and keynote lectures while in the second part, the workshops will be divided as hotel departments and focused to the topics that hoteliers labeled as interesting through an intern research. This year workshops are segmented by following hotel departments: Food & Beverage, Sales & Marketing, Housekeeping, Technical department, Wellness, Human Resource and Supply.

HOW Festival is organized in a casual format through which participants will get a number of concrete tools for their business, but at the same time they will be able to network and relax through the fun program that organizers have prepared. Together with a big party, for the first time, hoteliers will be able to participate in big team building program!
