A Round Table is King Arthur’s famed table in the Arthurian legend, around which he and his knights congregated. As its name suggests, it has no head, implying that everyone who sits there has equal status. In today’s times, a roundtable discussion pertains to an organized conversation with one moderator, several chosen speakers that bring a variety of perspectives to a subject, and an audience who may simply observe or participate by asking questions or being speakers too.
HSMAI Executive Roundtables are networks of like-minded senior hotel leaders that meet face-to-face and virtually – from commercial streams of revenue, sales, marketing or distribution or from operational or HR leaders. They are a unique opportunity for executive-level peer groups to have meaningful dialogue in a confidential environment. Roundtables provoke discussions and enable thoughts for solutions to the following:
Is there a problem that your industry is facing currently that you would like to address?
How does the topic reflect your brand?
What will you do with the information after the event?
What are the challenges that you can work on collaboratively?
All HSMAI Roundtables are by invitation only. Individuals are invited based on their specific role at a specific Hotel brand. Invitations are non-transferable.
This Commercial Roundtable is hosted by HSMAI India. While there is no cost to attend, all attendees are expected to be members of HSMAI or invited as a guest.
Our venue host for this roundtable is Holiday Inn, Racecourse Road Bangalore, an IHG Hotel.
If you would like to be invited, please contact us.
