The exclusive Gala Dinner celebrating the UK Winner of the ArsNova International Culinary Prize (formerly Le Taittinger Prix Culinaire) will take place on Tuesday 14 January 2025 at the Hotel Café Royal, 10 Air Street, London, W1B 5AB.

The evening will commence with a Champagne Reception with Canapés, followed by a four course dinner with an extraordinary Champagne flight of Sommelier-selected Champagnes to complement the sumptuous menu.

This is a rare opportunity to enjoy a selection of stunning champagnes, including the multi-award winning prestige cuvée Comtes de Champagne.

Esteemed guests at the dinner will include Michel Roux (UK Jury Chair and Former Chef Patron at Le Gavroche), Paul Burgalieres (Group Executive Chef- North West, L’Enclume and Simon Rogan Group & UK Winner), IoH Fellows, Members and Guests.
