As always, the event will feature a live panel of speakers as well as a chance to network with drinks and canapés.
The panel, which are made up of past winners and judges, will be talking about “The Heart of Service Excellence”.
Hearts in Hospitality, an IoH initiative aiming to celebrate the ‘unsung heroes in hospitality’ was launched in May of 2023.
Since launching, Hearts in Hospitality has honoured many outstanding professionals, globally across the sector who have gone above and beyond to make hospitality truly special.
