”Take

If you’re a revenue optimization professional working in hospitality and travel, you know that things have never been more demanding — or exciting. It’s not enough to understand the science of data analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and countless other technologies that can monitor price fluctuations day by day and minute by minute. You also have to be familiar with the art of strategy, innovation, leadership, and talent development.

Revenue & Distribution management within Asia Pacific is finally beyond its adolescent stages. As this discipline matures and evolves, we need to think deeper and be more intentional in applying the new technologies and tools that are emerging. How do we cut through the clutter of noisy data? How do we maximize our resources (human, technology, spreadsheets) in the best way? As we embark on the new decade, let’s discuss what it takes to lead the right people and strategies for the next 10 years.

The HSMAI ROC 2020 program will provide the tools you need to master both the art and the science of revenue strategy — a competitive edge that will help you win the fight for the customer, achieve the optimal business mix, and get a midyear boost in this uncertain economic environment.
