DESIGN THINKING
Design Thinking was the main topic for HSMAIs Curate last month in London. Due to the great feedback we will put focus on this topic in several cities in Europe, starting with Amsterdam!
DESIGN THINKING — we think this could be another industry game-changer: design thinking, a human-centred approach to creative problem solving that has major implications for the business of hospitality, especially when it comes to powering innovations that harness the convergence of sales, marketing, and revenue optimisation. We will have interactive discussions, and collaborative brainstorming.
Design Thinking – Human-Centered Problem Solving
A human-centered approach to creative problem solving that companies of all sizes can use to address seemingly insurmountable challenges.
