The Le Bouveret campus is home to The Mosimann Collection, an extraordinary site housing the largest collection of culinary artefacts curated by the legendary Swiss Chef Anton Mosimann, OBE. This collection encompasses historical cookbooks, medals, original recipes, and an extensive menu archive from renowned establishments worldwide, offering invaluable insights into culinary heritage.
Guests will be given the chance to view the Mosimann Collection, followed drinks, canapés and networking, as well the opportunity to brush up on their CPD and listen to a live panel of speakers:
